Familiarization (FAM) trips and journalists |

Travel Agents
We welcome visits by travel agents so that they can best describe the setting, facilities and ambience of the resort to potential customers
However:
- We would expect such visitors to prove a serious intention to promote 4 Rivers Floating Lodge to potential holidaymakers
- Be a member of the agency’s management or sales team, directly involved in promoting 4 Rivers
Journalists
Consumer and trade press coverage is a vital component in promoting 4 Rivers Floating Lodge
However:
- Although we welcome press visits, we require some form of guarantee that the resort will receive adequate editorial coverage
- 4 Rivers’ management should, by written agreement, have the right to second use of any material
General Conditions
- We offer one complimentary tent for a maximum of two nights, including full board and access to our "Excursion of the day"
- Regular check-in and check-out boat transfers are also included, supplementary transfers (land or boat) being charged
- In the case of group visits, the number of villas must be discussed and agreed in advance
- Companions travelling with journalists or travel agents are welcome and can share the complimentary accommodation but all supplementary services, excursions, food and beverage will be charged
- 4 Rivers’ management reserves the right to refuse any request from a travel agent or journalist
Exclusions
Accommodation will not be available on:
- Cambodian public holidays, plus or minus two days
- International Holidays, Christmas, New Year’s Eve etc, plus or minus two days
- The months of November, January and February
