How to Book

IMPORTANT: The User Account gives you access to all information regarding the Travel Agent conditions.

However, to be able to book using the Contract Rates, you will need a Promo Code.

The promo code gives you the discount and, unlike the User Account, is unique for your Company
The validity of the Promo Code is one full season, from November 1 to October 30

	1. Log on the website with your credentials.
2. Click the Booking menu to see the availabilities.
	3. If available (green), click on the preferred check-in date to access the booking form.
4. Set the check-out date 5. Insert your promo code 6. Before continuing click SAVE CODE
	7. Select the rooms. Note that for selecting 3 rooms, you will neeed to click 3 times.
8. Now you can choose the extras (ex. baby bed, extra bed)
	9. Check attentively your selection. If you want to remove a room from your selection, click on the MINUS sign. 10. Check the Price Summary
11. Fill in your details. If you are logged, your name and email should be pre-filled 12. Click Review Booking.

The group reference can be the name of one of the guests, followed by your PNR.

You can fill the Guest Names on the next page in the Comments.

Note that for all booking you need to accept the reservation policy.

Now you're done with the pre-booking. This needs to be confirmed by our reservation team.
Wait our confirmation email; it will have your invoice attached.
The deposit payment will follow by the usual way (cash, check or bank transfer), definitely securing your booking.
